At this moment we should be in the middle of our Healthy Clubs Project but obviously this hasn't gone ahead because of the times we are living in. Our Healthy Clubs officer, Linda is going to do a live Facebook feed on Saturday at 12pm showing us all how to make a healthy smoothie and house salad at home to work along side with all the training you are doing at home. Just to make this even more interesting Linda is going to give a little prize to the first 5 photos sent of your version of her recipes! The ingredients you need for Saturday should you decide to make it with her and get in the running for the prize are.....
150g wholegrain pasta
Sundried tomatoes
50g baby spinach
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon basil leaves
Half red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
A quarter cucumber
1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
And for the smoothie
1 banana
50g frozen berries
Half tablespoon peanut butter
180ml milk
1 tablespoon oats
2 teaspoons honey 🍯
Water 💧
